• Ask your doctor to send your prescription drug information to Dan’s Wellness Pharmacy. (Most Efficient process)
• Take your prescription drug bottles to Dan’s Wellness Pharmacy. The pharmacist there will contact your old
  pharmacy. (Most time consuming)
